Butt Fusion Machine

Feature:

1. FM 160G butt fusion machine should be operated manually. The welding range is from 160mm to 32mm.
2. The body of this welding machine is composed of 2 sets of clamp and different-size inserts.
3. It adopts unique locking system which can protect fusion process.
4. In addition, the heater of FM 160G butt fusion machine is coated with Teflon.
5. Temperature controller on the heater can control the temperature precisely. It can be placed in the storage shelf when it is free.
6. Facer is dried by electric motor to mill the pipe ends.

2. It adopts manual lever and hydraulic transmission device to ensure a precise fusion pressure.
3. The heater of FM225 butt fusion machine is coated with Teflon which ensures the machine works steadily.
4. Temperature controller on the heater can control the temperature precisely.
5. There are 4 sets of clamp and wheels in base machine.
6. Facer dried by electric motor to mill the pipe ends. It can be placed in the storage shelf when it is free.
